We are looking for a hall porter to join our vibrant and friendly team. Duties would include Assisting guests with their luggage from their car or reception area to their room or visa versa Showing guests to their rooms and explaining to the guests all the facilities in the room. and showing them how all the entertainment equipment work Assist guests in entertainment queries restaurant recommendations and travel directions prior to and during their stay Basic cleaning duties as requested and as per porter checklist Doing regular hotel security checks Setting up and looking after of private meetings and events Any other duties as per Porter Checklists and duties given by your head of department or the duty manager.
